Shitty Batman is a band that also sometimes solves crimes, but mostly they’re a band. In this episode, they get caught up in a battle of the bands that turns DEADLY. And we all learn a little something about ourselves along the way. Except for Shitty Batman – they never learn anything. It’s drawn almost exclusively by hand, with real pens and pencils and stuff. And I think it’s fun and definitely should not be taken too seriously. But it should be taken.
It was printed in LA, in an edition of 100. The tapes are hand stamped by moi. It’s really a labor of love and one that I will almost certainly lose money on, but goddamnit it’s fun! I love comics. I love punk. I love putting things out into the world and having people react to it. Art, man. It’s one of the best parts of life.
