As one of her many volunteer jobs, Claudia bakes custom birthday cakes for underserved children. She works with the national nonprofit Cake4Kids, whose mission is to make birthdays special for kids in group homes, domestic violence or human trafficking shelters, low-income housing, and more. The kids describe the cake of their dreams, and volunteers like Claudia make it a reality. To date, she’s baked over 100 cakes. Here are some of them!
